The ground floor offers open plan living with a large, comfortable conservatory leading to an outdoor barbecue area. There are 4, double sized bedrooms on the first floor, including an en suite master bedroom. There is off road parking at the front of the house for up to 4 or 5 cars.



Criccieth is situated on the Lleyn Peninsula, which is a designated 'area of outstanding natural beauty'. A 12th century castle overlooks the town, which is largely unspoilt by modern developments. There are lovely shops in which to browse and excellent grocers, butchers and greengrocers supplying local produce. There are also numerous restaurants and tea shops in the town or why not go a little further and explore the nearby towns of Pwllheli and Abersoch.

The Lleyn Peninsula and Snowdonia National Park are the perfect locations for both relaxing holidays and adrenaline packed holidays full of outdoor sports.
