Bedrooms
Tarth-y-Môr has four double bedrooms, sleeping up to eight people. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and en suite shower room, which includes a toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle. There are a further two double bedrooms and one twin room. All bedrooms are situated on the first floor. Each bedroom has a portable TV and DVD player. Bed linen is provided.There is a travel cot and stair gate available for the families with young children.

Bathrooms
Tarth-y-Môr has modern, luxurious, fitted bathroom suites. The family bathroom is on the first floor, which has a toilet, washbasin, bath and over bath shower. There is a cloak room on the ground floor. Towels for up to eight adults are provided.

Kitchen and Diner
Tarth-y-Môr has been fitted with a modern, open-plan, luxurious, fully fitted kitchen. The range cooker has two electric ovens and two gas hobs. Appliances include dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier. You will find a separate sink in the utility room. There is a breakfast bar with two bar stools for informal eating and traditional table and chairs for up to eight adults
for more formal dining. There is a high chair available for young diners.

Lounge and Second Lounge
The ground floor of Tarth-y-Môr is open-plan making maximum use of both the space and the sea views at the front of the house. The lounge has a working open fireplace, a two-seater and three-seater sofa. There is Satellite television with FREE SKY + and FREE wireless broadband technology.

With the house accommodating up to eight adults we thought it necessary to provide a second lounge on the ground floor for that extra space. This cool, spacious room has a three-seater sofa and two easy chairs
for your convenience. There is a radio/CD player on which you can listen to your favourite radio programmes or CDs.
Conservatory
There is a comfortable, spacious conservatory at the rear of the house with a two-seater sofa and two easy chairs. There is a radio/CD player which provides the perfect relaxation environment.

Outdoor Area
There is ample, off-road parking at the front of the house for up to five family cars. This includes a car port at the side of the house. The rear grounds are fully enclosed, the garden has a patio, lawn, garden furniture and a barbecue. At the front of the house you will find a bench and table so that you can make the most of the sea views.
